About

Built for creative work

Kevin Mack Kevin Mack leads design and creative technology teams, and builds real-time 3D and AI tools for creative work. For nearly three decades, he's helped teams make games, real-time 3D experiences, and interactive media, with particular attention to the way these technologies can enhance the creative process.

Most recently, he served as CTO of AMGI Studios, where he led engineering across multiple products, including the Unreal Engine 5 multiplayer title My Pet Hooligan and a real-time, AI-driven animated character platform built with React and three.js. His confidential work also includes creative AI systems, generative image and animation workflows, and tools for making emerging AI capabilities practical for creators.

Earlier, Kevin worked as an Unreal Engine technical director across mobile games, virtual production, film, live events, themed entertainment, and location-based VR. He also provided technical leadership and software development for Amazon Studios Virtual Production's Stage 15.

As co-founder and director of independent game studio WhiteMoon Dreams, he learned the full shape of running a studio: team culture, product strategy, publishing, crowdfunding, and getting the work out the door. He began his career in 1996, with roles at Electronic Arts and Disney Interactive.

Kevin studied filmmaking at NYU and earned an MFA in directing from AFI. That story-first grounding still shapes how he approaches engines, AI systems, and the teams that make them.
